Stephen Anderson, Chief Executive
Stephen is a highly experienced executive within the financial services, software and web industries. He has direct experience in developing products, managing sales forces and establishing distribution channels
as well as a firm grasp of the operational challenges and business processes in bringing new products to market.
Stephen founded the financial sector recruitment portal, CityJobs.com, in 1998 with Michael Woodley, and the company was floated successfully in 1999. CityJobs was acquired by Associated Newspapers in 2001 and is now one of their most profitable recruitment web sites.
Stephen is an accomplished entrepreneur with exceptional knowledge and experience in web development, web strategy, search engine optimisation, business processes and e-commerce. In 2005 he set up his own web consultancy and worked for many years advising on Internet strategy for most of the the UK's major media groups.

Dr Michael Woodley, CTO
Michael holds an MA from the University of Oxford (Balliol) and a PhD from the University of Cambridge (St. John's). Michael became a senior developer for computer recognition specialists, Cambridge Neurodynamics. At Neurodynamics, Michael christened and became Employee #1 and Head Of Product Development for Autonomy Corporation.
In 1996 Michael co-founded Green Cathedral, the Cambridge technology incubator and owner of GCDM one of the UK's largest independent digital agencies, acquired by Golley Slater Group in 2008.
Working within Green Cathedral, Michael served as founding CTO of CityJobs.com plc. He was the inventor of Clickstream, an unusually accurate and worldwide patented audience measurement technology, and was a co-founder of Clickstream Technologies plc, a company that was spun out 1999. He also co-founded Phonesync Limted, a mobile data synchronisation company spun out of Green Cathedral in 2003. Michael is the inventor of Doovle's "search inside the video" technology.
