Doovle Video Platform - Managing Video Content
Within our platform, we provide an intuitive video content management interface enabling easy and rapid organisation of video content. You can store dozens of hours of full-length, high-quality videos as well as clips, trailers and demos and we provide simple tools to help you get it all organised.
Movies & Folders
Every movie in your collection can be placed in a Folder. You can create up to 20 Folders and give them any name you want. The screen shot below shows the movies and folders in a sample user account. For each movie there is some meta data and a thumbnail still as well as a number of icons and controls. Each of the icons and controls is explained below.

| |
Folders & Guest Groups
Within our platform, each organisation has a master customer account with total admin privileges. To enable group collaboration within an organisation, the account holder can set up multiple guest groups which can be given trusted access to some or all of the video content in the account.
You can grant access to different Folders for your different Guest Groups. If a certain Guest Group has not been given access to a certain Folder, then the movies in that folder cannot be seen or watched (or tag-searched) by that Group.

Keeping Content Completely Private
You can set some of your movies to be absolutely private, no matter what folder they are in. Absolutely private movies can never be accessed by any of your Guest Groups.
