What do I get for free?
We give all our customers the chance to evaluate our video platform at no cost and with no risk. When you first register, we will give you 1GB of video storage and/or streaming in your first month and you get a short sample movie that you can work with to help you understand all the main features of Doovle, like full-screen viewing, scene browsing, scene tagging and scene tag search.
 
If you like what you see, you can put your own videos into your free account as long as you store or stream no more than 1GB in total in teh first month.
 
What if I want to store or stream a large quantity of video?
That's what we're really here for. Whether you have a couple of hours or 100 hours of video (or even more), you can store it all in your Doovle account and access it in your Doovle video CMS. All our account packages are competitively priced and the more you store or stream the lower the unit price.
 
We charge a fixed price per month for video storage and streaming by the Gigabyte. The minimum package is 100GB with which you can store or stream 100GB in a given month.
 
This means you could store 1GB of video and stream it 100 times or store 50GB and stream it all once in a given month (50GB of storage + 50GB of streaming = 100GB total).

What if I exceed my monthly allowance?
If you exceed the limits of your account package, we will not penalise you with unreasonable over usage fees. We will simply charge you £0.50 for each additional GB of either storage or streaming that you use in the given month.
 
How do I upgrade and how do you charge for upgrades?
You can upgrade your account package at any time. We bill monthly, so if you need to store or stream more, we will move you up to the next package level at your request and bill you accordingly in future months.
