Your videos are private for you and your trusted colleagues and partners and we at Doovle understand this. We've built our service using secure technology to prevent any unauthorised access to our members' videos.

Secure Sharing with Trusted, Invited Guests |
|
We provide powerful tools to enable you to grant (and withdraw) access to some or all of the videos you store in your account.
Your guest groups are the groups of people you can invite to access your Doovle channel. Each guest group has its own login ID (based on your username) and password (that you can set) and each can be granted access to some, all or none of your movie folders. All Doovle members can have up to 5 guest groups.

Setting Up Guest Groups & Guests |
|
When you first register you are automatically given one Guest Group with its own login ID (based on your username) and password. You can rename this Guest Group and add others at any time.
For each of your Guest Groups, you can set up a list of individuals who will make up that Group. You don't have to do this but if you do, you can send automated email invitationns to some or all of the individual Guests within your Guest Groups.

Controlling Access to Folders |
|
|
You can arrange your movies into Folders and you can grant access to different Folders for your different Guest Groups. If a certain Guest Group has not been given access to a certain Folder, then the movies in that folder cannot be seen or watched (or tag-searched) by that Group.

But there's more. You can set some of your movies to be absolutely private, no matter what folder they are in. Absolutely private movies can never be accessed by any of your Guest Groups.

Inviting Guests |
|
We provide two ways to help you invite guests to access your videos. The first is via an automated invitation that gives all recipients a link to auto-login as a member of one of your Guest Groups and they will have access to all teh movies in all the Folders accessible to that Guest Group
We also provide a Quick Share tool that lets you send an individual Guest an invitation to watch a specific part of one of your movies. With Quick Share your Guest receives an email invitation with a link that takes them to the chosen movie playing at the chosen time point.
