Movies & Folders - Creating your own Video Channel |
|
You can put as many movies as you want into your Doovle account and they will all be accessible in your own personal Doovle video channel.
Every movie in your collection can be placed in a Folder. You can create up to 20 Folders and give them any name you want. And when you've set up your movies in their Folders, you'll find that your Doovle channel video menu will reflect exactly how you've organised your movies and Folders.

Folders & Guest Groups |
|
|
You can grant access to different Folders for your different Guest Groups. If a certain Guest Group has not been given access to a certain Folder, then the movies in that folder cannot be seen or watched (or tag-searched) by that Group.

|
But there's more. You can set some of your movies to be absolutely private, no matter what folder they are in. Absolutely private movies can never be accessed by any of your Guest Groups.
